Comfortable bedding.
Good-sized rooms, lovely stay which made my birthday weekend very memorable! Good food including coffee, croissants, toast, yoghourt, and fresh fruit at the breakfast.

Our stay was really lovely, thoroughly enjoyed delicious breakfasts.
The staff was helpful, welcoming all the time. The hotel was in a good and excellent location, in the pub by the background noise. And it was also next to 15 /20 minute walk to centre, racecourse, and the park.

Marvellous and brilliant location in a nice quiet area, and only about 20 minutes' walk to York centre. And really close to Kohima Museum.
Beds were not comfy.

It is fairly clean, little hotel and the staff is easygoing and really friendly. The room is good priced. Every time we stay in York, like to stay here.
